Exercise -- How do you do it?

So, with my found puppy I have spent lots of my time walking the neighborhood and not biking. But thought it would be fun to ask around to see what people do for exercise.

How often?
What do you do?
Do you like it?

Above is a photograph of one of the bikes in John Pennekamp State Park. I love my bike and riding. We took the bikes on the trip with us to Florida. At REI yesterday, I found a pretty bike seat bag to match my bike's funny green color. Actually, I found a lot of things at REI. I think we were "shopping" for 1 1/2 hours. Thankfully I left with most of my money.

I was doing my treadmill all of the time...then I dropped that and started yoga....but now I have a frozen shoulder so I am not doing much. The most exercise I get right now until this is fixed is shopping..LOL

In the winter and spring I take the bus everywhere and have been known to go on long adventures with my camera, an 11 km walk on a trail where I got lost comes to mind! LMAO

In the summer I do nothing as I am allergic to bees / wasps / etc but I hope to change that as I just ordered a fancy jacket to protect me!

It's sad, really. I used to have a treadmill, but we got rid of it. Now I power walk in circles in my living room. It may be entertaining for my husband, but I've lost a lot of weight since I've had my baby. Who's laughing now?

MaddyAnne - if it works that's all that matters! Congrats on the weight that's awesome!

Bummer about readingsully2 's frozen shoulder; I hope it heals soon.

Pam that is so sad that you are so allergic! I have tons of allergies, but ignore them for the most part... except the cat one which used to land me in the ER.

And, MaddyAnne, we will think of you and your husband as we walk the dog.

One of our walks is .9 miles another .4. I do these each at least once a day and one of them again... Thanks for getting me to check the mileage.
